Signage for the Pomo owned space formerly occupied by Strand in Cityscape went up this weekend. The new restaurant is called Rosso and should be open by the end of February.
Both papers are owned by Gannet, but it's truly bizarre to imagine that anyone in Cinncinatti would be interested in a Phoenix restaurant (or vice versa).
