I'm a little nervous that the nimby mindset has appeared here. If this project is altered or cancelled it would set a sad precedent.
But I feel the developers have done their due diligence. As seen in the shadow photos (what other development has ever included something like this?)
I think we'll still be a go. Looking forward to it!
