The inner city midrise/ highrise explosion in Saskatoon is enough proof that the demand is there in small prairie cities, it is just not being met in Regina.

Couldn't agree with this more. I'm always envious when I go to Saskatoon. It's hands down much better for someone looking for more of an urban lifestyle. I'd seriosuly consider moving if I didn't have my mortgage mostly paid and have kids starting university right away!
