The tall windows on Telegraph look like sliding doors without balconies.
Wentworth should have been built to the sidewalk, or at the very least the sidewalk should be extended to the build. Grass on property line isn't a good use of space and gives off more of a suburban vibe than it otherwise needs to.
Irving HQ looks great from the East on Princess. The glass wall in particular is nice.
Sometimes I forget just how many vacant parcels there are once you get further south than Duke. A lot of potential for a lot of infill. Lower South could have thousands more residents with the right kind of densification and infilling.
