The full-time tenant of Olympic Stadium is: 'Shutting down the debate for need of a large stadium in Montreal'.

It keeps the pressure off the province and city, because they can point to the Big O and say: "There's one already. It's hardly used, but it's there if we need it."

I expect it'll still be around in 2076.
