The forecast has called for snow for several days so it's not even like this was a surprise snow storm. I was out earlier this evening and there were no plows out, none of the steeper streets had been closed to traffic, and it just seemed like there was no preparation at all.
It's 11:30pm and according to Google Maps, traffic is still not moving on any of the suburban highways. Someone could have left Vancouver hours ago to get to PoCo and still not be home.
