Supreme Court of Canada clears way for developer's lawsuit against HRM

Putting this here as I'm unsure of the best location for this thread, mods feel free to relocate.

HRM just lost (at significant cost to taxpayers no doubt) a case at the Supreme Court of Canada regarding Annapolis Group and the Blue Mountain-Birch Cove Lakes area, which they refused to allow to be developed.

Council's decision was bad at the time and looks even worse now.
