26-Story ‘Family Focused’ Tal Aventura Gets Approval

In Aventura, a 26-story tower called Tal Aventura has just obtained conditional use approval.
Tal Aventura is planned to include 86 “family-focused” condo units.
The majority of residences will range from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet.
2151 Development Group and 2020 Acquisitions are the developers, with IDEA Architects designing the project.
“Our vision is to create condo residences that offer a single-family home lifestyle at an attainable price point, said Matthew Rosenblatt, founder of 2151 Development Group.”
A sales gallery is expected to launch before the end of the year.
