I'd rather the 76ers built "Franklin Square Garden" between the roundhouse and Arch & between 7th and 8th -- or in the Disney Hole -- but if they're determined to demo a developed block that is of little current value, I can live with it. I do hope they relocate the amenities currently on that block. They're about the only thing interesting about the Gallery right now.
