Nope, Bitter & Twisted opened in 2014.
Crescent was half its current size. Hanny's was a cool happy hour and dinner place but did nowhere the business it does today.
Angels Trumpet opened in 2012 so that's exactly 10 years ago.
People used to actually go to City Center to drink after work at places like Bar 430. Tom's Tavern was popular. It was slim pickins.
