This one was finally just approved after a trip to the OMB and an eventual deal with the city. Back with entirely new look (cantilever is neat but the rest got messier).
Key to the approval was heritage retention of the north, south, and west exterior walls of the six storey Traders Building (in the first itineration just the west facade was proposed to be retained).
Office, a mix of market and affordable rentals ( 617 units), retail and public space.
