Thanks for the updated pics and your thoughts.

Agreed, an interesting roofline could help. Even something simple like little Italy's Envie buildings with opposite slopped rooflines. And agreed on other's suggestions on some interesting lighting or LED strips. I was amazed during my last trip in Toronto the amount of lighting on towers, roofs, strips, etc.. making downtown look more bright, welcoming and vibrant. It's something that almost no building in Ottawa does

And I'm slightly less disappointed if these random cross sections are filled in with that black material (vs. beige bricks a-la Story on Rideau), but I'm still not a fan of this new trend by Claridge. Please... STOP
