The Supreme Court isn't going to look at the disagreement between Concord and Canadian Metropolitan, so the case is now (finally) resolved. 750 Pacific is now called Expo Gardens, and they apparently intend to launch Phase 1 soon. We'll see if Concord move forward with their plans.
