Darn, I was hoping to hear from more commercial or companies building something in that area. It's so rural and nothing is there except Southpark Meadows, which isn't THAT bad for the houses in that area

I think the existence of southpark meadows is what stops there from being more commercial development in that area. It's just so big and very successful. Slaughter and 35 is one of the most challenging intersections in Austin right now. Diamond intersection might be the solution.
That SouthWest Quadrant of town I'm very interested in seeing what happens. There's no municipality on the far side to stop the growth from being a part of Austin so does Austin just sprawl out endlessly? So far what I see is that this will be a pretty quiet part of town.
The Access provided by 130/45/21/183 will cause some logistics and warehouses to pop up out there once the central options for those types of facilities are built out.
