Fundraising finally blooming for new Regina Floral Conservatory
After a three-year hiatus, the first dollars have been raised to relocate the Regina Floral Conservatory to Wascana Centre.
Both the city and the Provincial Capital Commission, the current steward of Wascana Centre, remain on board. But due to the three-year hiatus, some steps completed three years ago are being retraced, including re-evaluating the $29 million price tag attached to the project.
