That is what could ultimately suppress the fantastic growth that Austin has experienced. I do hope they can get a handle on it. As an aside, it looks like San Antonio is starting to see some major spillover growth which is awesome because it’s a really unique city. The Austin/SA corridor could easily rival DFW and Houston someday.
