[Moncton] Downtown Developments

I've often thought about the old auto haul-away land on west Main Street just east of Rallye Motors. It's a big chunk of land in a great location. The interesting thing is that it will be very close to The Junction Urban Village when Ivan Rand Drive is eventually connected. I can't see the Junction developers moving on this land at this time to create a phase two since they aren't close to building out the property they have now. But what about another developer?
