the giant pit at osborne station where the robo-garage and airbnb complex will never actually be built would be a good spot especially after that new building goes in just north of confusion corner to create more of a 'strip' along the southern end of osborne. right next to transit that takes you most places, walkable to osborne and south osborne. could catalyze some redevelopment at confusion corner, which is massively underdeveloped
as for a vendor though, isn't the government looking at allowing vendors without an associated hotel? the bad old days of hotels existing as requirements for booze selling are hopefully on the way out
