It would be nice to have something more traditional and timeless given the location, to balance out the same tired trendy stuff we've been getting lately (no more angled exposed support beams, arbitrarily staggered lines/windows, and obnoxiously out of proportion square corkscrew parking podiums).

Two that come to my mind would be BofA tower in Charlotte and US Bank in LA. If there's a way to make that kind of a form factor work with mixed use, I think that would work really well on Congress Ave, especially the views framed against the capitol.
