I find the DC numbers surprising. DC has all the ingredients (wealth, education, mobile jobs, fed govt. went remote, people basically live there for their jobs) for huge temporary outmigration.

But I agree that the numbers are probably bull, even if the snapshot of a particular moment isn't meaningless.
