Your point still stands about the parking podium looking awful, and the garage/loading dock entrance ruins about half the frontage on Webster. The design looks decent above the podium at least...

Ah ok, so that's glass rather than screens. Still don't have a positive opinion of the base but this helps slightly minimize my distaste.
