While I'm not a Lamb fan (that rhymes!), thankfully with the project selling well at that price point we do see an uptick in the quality and developers entering Hamilton, so we're all not cringing some current projects in even 20 years.

It's still early innings, but we're seeing some positive developments in quality. Imagine LRT, Hamilton's trending cache and some Core transformation will help cement developer demand. Hopefully some good lots will remain for the players when they show up.
