I think yesterday's razor thin victory for the pc's cements they are doomed now for the next election. If they can barely win that riding they will be lucky to win 3 seats in all of Winnipeg. Seems every time the provincial Tories come into power this provinces fortunes go down the tunes. Happened in the 70s with Lyon happened during the dark 90s with Filmon and all the optimism and growth Winnipeg saw 10 years ago with new airport revitalized downtown jets back new bombers stadium now its all a memory and we have a crumbling province with people fleeing again
