There is already affordable housing on the HY, that’s not really the issue. The issue is whether or not, this is the best site for it. And the answer is of course not. They didn’t extend an entire subway line to the west side of Manhattan to minimize development.

An office tower with hotel development? Right outside a major entrance to the only subway line servicing the area? It’s the Perfect process for it.
