He does have a point though. We are in a bit of a lull when it comes to downtown highrise construction, especially with regards to office space. It is what it is. We’ll see what the next 6-12 months look like as hopefully more office workers return to their offices before we can really determine future new office space demand. In the meantime I think we’ll see almost exclusively residential construction in the downtown core.
