Maple Street Biscuit Co. is buttering up San Antonio with two locations. The Florida-founded chain of breakfast and lunch comfort food is prepping restaurants at the Quarry Village and in the Alamo Ranch area.
The biscuit business, founded in 2012 in Jacksonville by Scott Moore and Guy Evans, is now based in Tennessee. Maple Street is now owned by Cracker Barrel after a 2019 acquisition worth $36 million, according to the parent company's website. The chain dots southern states with locations in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee.
