Toronto if Toronto actually had maybe 8 CN Tower level of iconic recognizable structures at least. Which it really doesn't. Unless you're only talking about the West Loop and not all of Chicago. Which I agree. It would be nice if the West Loop had a 9 DeKalb type of peak in the skyline...eventually.
