This is my scenario: 5-7 years from now, once you exit grand central, you'll see One Vanderbilt, MetLife building, and 175 Park immediately dominating over you (and it's kinda funny and cute since Grand Central is like a small boss and the skyscrapers are its bodyguards). Going a little closer to Vanderbilt plaza, bam! To your right, 270 Park all of the sudden grabs your attention due to its prominence. It sort of feels like you're surrounded by a mountain of skyscrapers

I did see a peek of the base of 270 Park this Saturday, and it was huge.
