Clayton Developments is requesting to initiate the secondary planning strategy for Southdale Future Growth Node. These greenfield lands are located between Highway 111, Mount Hope Avenue, Gaston Road and Fenwick Street. Much of the area is taken up by a wetland so most of the development will be on the northern end of the property. It will be a mix of housing types totalling ~700 units. There will be eight low-rise multi-unit buildings.
