More than four years after plans surfaced for a development with 120 residential units off Route 440 in Jersey City, a new proposal calls for an even larger project at the same location. Myneni Properties, LLC is now envisioning a 15-story tower at 682 Route 440 and 11 Bennett Street, two adjacent lots that are situated along a corridor that has already seen a major increase in multi-family development activity.
