A conceptual development proposal comprising three, mixed-use high-rise buildings and a mid-rise mixed use building is provided to demonstrate the development potential of the Subject Property at 453 and 455 Coventry Road.
The conceptual development proposal shows a twenty-storey building along the east side of the Subject Property, closest to St. Laurent Station, fronting on Coventry Road. A sixteen storey high rise tower is shown to the west, an eighteen storey high rise tower to the north and a six-storey building to the east. A combined total of 574 parking spaces and associated loading spaces are proposed at grade and within two levels of underground parking to service the mixed use development on the Subject Property. A full access driveway is proposed off Coventry Road.
A detailed site plan control application to facilitate development on the Subject Property will be provided as part of a subsequent application.
