Developers RXR and TF Cornerstone and architect SOM present the redevelopment of the Grand Hyatt site located adjacent to New York's Grand Central Station. This project excels in many ways including complex urban redevelopment, integration with transit, high-rise innovation, and fine grained human scaled urban habitat development.
The webinar explores the complexities of redevelopment in dense urban environments and the integration of landscape and human-scaled spaces at the street level. Integration and coordination of mass transit into the project, resulting in better transportation solutions for occupants, are also discussed.
