145 Wellington West is a proposed 65-storey office, retail, and residential rental tower on the southeast corner of Wellington and Simcoe Streets in Downtown Toronto. Developer H&R REIT has hired Turner Fleischer Architects to design it.

From the developer:

Currently an office building, 145 Wellington St. W. could do much more to reflect the dynamism of the Entertainment District and Financial District neighbourhoods, as well as update the quality and features of our office space to meet the modern demands of tenants.
