The planning files are all accessible now on devapps. Still not a whole bunch of high-quality renders to judge though...

I do like 2x ground floor retail spaces & the sidewalks with benches/greenery, should help improve that intersection.

And this new render just posted above gives me hopes that this COULD potentially look really good, especially as the "brown" looks like reflective metal in more of a bronze or gold colour (I was expecting shit-brown bricks when I saw the first picture).

Although the typical bait-and-switch and Claridge's track record does scare me..

Fingers crossed this could be the one to finally break our spell of ugly, cheap looking buildings going up in the city and the start to a new OTTAWA
