Personally, I don't think any developer would demolish that tower until 10 to 20 years for now. I don't think the economics justify it when it can bring in so much rental income. The building needs to depreciate a bit more. 10 or 20 years from now the economics will make more sense and the tower will be seen as something worthy of demolishing to build a new tower nearly twice the height.
