If they intend to have a flat roof behind the lattice crown, ( Which is an assumption I know, they´ve shared very little about the top as the most important feature right now is the base, which is a masterpiece in my opinion ) I´d love to see some sort of observation deck up there. I´d have to guess there would be mechanical up there in the current plans, but I can always dream. ( also I realize that looking through the lattices wouldn´t be ideal, but I´d still love to see it happen )
