It's not taller, in fact... you got fooled. This new 12-storey building is the exact same 38.0m height as the previous 10-storey version.

In formalizing the design of the proposal within the established building envelope approved through the ZBLA, it was determined that a 12-storey high-rise building proves more viable than a 10-storey high-rise building and can be achieved within the established building envelope, maintaining the same overall massing.
