I thought the existing east bound onramp to the TCH off Harrisville Blvd was to be replaced with a new onramp that would be located inside the new development.
The photo in your post seems to suggest as much.
Yet today, rather than removing the existing onramp, crews were paving it.
I must obviously be mistaken. Can anyone enlighten me?
