And I'd agree with you, if most of the density weren't planned for 152nd and 160th, and the SkyTrain on 165th; they could have it do a 160th-Fraser-168th route, but then where does it go from there? It's farmland and golf courses all the way to Cloverdale, and Newton or White Rock are definitely off the table.

144th works... on a local level, not a regional one. I'm not trying to start anything, I just don't see any other N-S arterial for the suggested express bus network other than 152nd, and even that's dicey.
