I don't understand what they're doing or what they all bought (i'll have to check county records later) but land banking isn't too far off.
I'm pretty sure this is the same person who owns the SWC of Central & Indian School. 'Masayno' is the holding company. He's a land banker and not a developer. Don't get your hopes up.
