All apartments facing King’s Square have balconies - they are just facing south and North so it’s the narrower rail you’d overlook to the square. It’s possible this is intentional so that it’s more visually appealing for the public from the square. Balconies on east side may be ideal for dwellers but for aesthetics maybe better way they are ?
