That's good to hear. People here probably think of me as a NIMBY or whatever, but this development makes a lot of sense. Shit, I'd argue 8 storeys or even 10 could be justified here depending on how the land is used.

I'm still miffed about lack of commercial and the weird suburban style grass boulevard, but I suspect the 50 lots near here, some will have residential, especially as Main is eventually made less insane to walk down. It's amazing this city even bothers with sidewalks on this street at this point. Even just changing it to 4 lane one way with wider sidewalks would be an improvement.

This development should glide through the approval process though.
