Not to get technical; however, how far down is the bedrock under Miami? Given how soft the ground is coupled with all the hurricanes, one would have the think this building will have to be very firmly anchored. Even the way the top portion isn't balanced in weight with the rest of the buildings makes me nervous. Although it's solidly engineered, it's still worth wondering. Either way, am very glad to see this with a solid plan to move forward.
