By the sheer size of the podium, I think this will be a great retail/F&B venue. I am definitely excited about this taking shape. Good thing the podium is considered "heritage", because if the developer were to knock the walls down, we would instead be getting some same-ol post 90s boring human-scale (meaning tiny) downtown developments here.

With the suburb hosting such great F&B facilities, I don't think the Food Hall here will be bland. It will have to at least match what is in Brentwood mall. Better than nothing, right?
