Something else is up here and I can't quite figure out what.
Even assuming the entire 87,000 sf site is a podium for 2.5 floors there is a 15,000 foot plate to get back up to a 73 storey tower... which is far too wide for a resi point tower.
Maybe they are including parking in the FAR? or maybe there is a smaller second tower that just wasn't included in the vancouvermarket writeup. Maybe it's some very odd design with 15k plates for office and residential. Could be a ton of office space, which would be an odd location for it, and not really in Bosa's M.O.
We will have to wait and see I guess.
