Sunday ~ Downtown

Downtown is back to its busy self. The retail stores are busy, the restaurants and breweries (local Idaho beer) , wine bars (from local SW Idaho grown grapes) and coffee houses are packed and the vibrancy is back on the city sidewalks and streets with people walking around, on scooters, bikes and the traveling beer bike pubs.

These photos are from today. Yesterday, Saturday, was crazy busy downtown. They say downtown Boise is the most vibrant city center between Portland and Denver.

More downtown photos soon along with construction updates as well as a Then and Now of The Aspen.

Have you also learned that secret from the river; that there is no such thing as time? That the river is everywhere at the same time, at the source and at the mouth, at the waterfall, at the ferry, at the current, in the ocean and in the mountains.-Hermann Hesse
