Proposal for the second phase of the Orchard Hill development on St. George Blvd.

(1) permit a separation distance of a minimum of 8 meters between main buildings (Phase 1 and Phase 2) on the subject lot;
(2) to not provide landscaping within a parking lot area; and
(3) permit a reduction in the landscape buffer on the eastern boundary from 6m to 3m and remove the fencing requirement; and
(4) to allow non- traditional materials (aluminum siding) on the ground floor facade.(Files: 21-43643 & 21- 43644)

This building will be similar to the preexisting phase one of Orchard Hill, five storeys tall and located across St. George Blvd from the new outdoor pool facility in Centennial Park.
