My money is on Midtown to receive financing for it (compared with Downtown’s the stock and Buckhead’s Park 404), even though the cap would do little to right the wrongs of the interstate system nor would it help connect lower income residents.
“Best” argument for it would be the amount of people it serves and general proximity to centennial place apartments.
