Were this a residential tower, like those on 57th street, you could get something like that. But the office floors have to be marketed, and you need more space for the cores, even for the hotel portion of the building. That’s why I say appreciate the slenders where you can get them. Most buildings won’t get built that way. We wouldn’t see buildings like the Chrysler or Woolworth built today at their scale.
