[Moncton] Downtown Developments

What a huge change that would be for probably the most unattractive area of downtown at the moment with very little identity. You have some well run local businesses (Chris Rock, Euston Park), government services, a shelter and the heritage court offices with the biggest parking lot in the core. Its really a frankenstein type of area and the houses in the neighbourhood aren't in the best shape.

With how close this is to the Avenir Centre, the New RCMP Station and the River this area has so much untapped potential. You also have the ball fields close by that are occupied all summer.
